• The AI4PI Journey, a hands-on professional learning experience that actively equips practitioners with the knowledge and tools to integrate AI into performance improvement practice—and to use AI as an intervention for solving complex performance challenges

• The AI4PI Award, an ISPI Award of Excellence that celebrates and motivates innovation in AI-driven performance improvement

• The Certified AI4PI Technologist (CAIT), a professional certification that complements ISPI’s Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) by recognizing practitioners who apply AI within evidence-based performance improvement practice

About the Speaker

Dr. Lynne MacBain is President-Elect of ISPI and Director of the AI4PI initiative, leading the integration of artificial intelligence with evidence-based performance improvement. She is an AI thought leader who integrates emerging technologies into the performance improvement process. Dr. MacBain brings clarity, influence, and strategic direction to complex challenges across nonprofit, corporate, and educational sectors. Known for revitalizing organizations, she emphasizes ethical practice, systems thinking, and collaborative partnerships that advance ISPI’s mission and global impact.

As task force lead for AI4PI, she directed an international team in the development of ISPI’s flagship program—including the AI4PI Award, Learning Journey, and Certified AI4PI Technologist (CAIT) certification—that positions ISPI at the forefront of applying AI responsibly in performance improvement. Dr. MacBain's leadership emphasizes ethical practice, systems thinking, and collaborative partnerships that strengthen ISPI’s mission and global impact.
