    About the Speaker

    Dr. James Heidemann has over 40 years' experience in the automobile industry and over 20 years as an instructional technology professional with major multinational vehicle manufacturers where he developed and managed managing training and organizational development programs. 

    Jim couples a passionate interest in improving organizational performance with a deep concern for helping Instructional Technology Professionals (ITPs) grow and develop to become exceptional performers in their careers.
