This. Changes. Everything. AI in L&D Today & Your Path Forward

Megan Torrance

Instead of focusing on the art of the perfect prompt, we're going to level up and talk about the implications for artificial intelligence on you, your career, your team, your learners, and your organization. We will even take a societal look at how these changes affect the world of work.

    Session Description

As artificial intelligence gains adoption in many areas of the organization, do you and your team have a strategic approach to implementing it? How will you leverage it to your best ability in a fast-paced change environment? How will you avoid the pitfalls along the way, known and as-of-yet unknown?

In this session we’ll address both using AI as an assistant (“cognitive automation”) for workplace performance professionals, and as part of the learning and performance experience itself. We’ll explore several case examples and how they were built with the opportunity to experience them during the session.

Finally, we’ll look at a set of guidelines that participants can apply in their own work as they move forward boldly – and safely – with AI in their own organization. We call this framework W.I.S.E. A.T. A.I. and it's proven to be widely useful in a variety contexts. Participants will have the opportunity to practice applying the framework during the session using a provided handout.
