About the Speaker

Kambria Dumesnil is the founder of the AI Innovation Lounge, the place fusing AI with Learning and Development. As an AI strategist, she works with business and teams to improve L&D workflows, discover new use cases, and reimagine the learning experience with AI like ChatGPT. As the host of the AI Learner Lounge podcast, she regularly shares AI insights, use cases, and tips with the L&D community.

Kambria has her Master’s degree in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning from Boise State and is a certified PROSCI change practitioner and by Luma for Human-Centered design. Beyond her professional roles, Kambria is an active member and volunteer of the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), contributing as a member of the Technology and Communication Committee.
