Awareness of publicly available AI tools has exploded recently. What does this mean in world of human performance and L&D?  We need to consider how these tools are involved in our own work, and also in the workforce overall. 

Join us in conversation so we all get smarter together.

Facilitated by Kathleen O'Donnell, PhD of ISPI SoCal.

    Session Description

    In this session, together we will explore:

    • What are some common AI tools available to try?  What have you tried or seen used?
    • Live interaction with AI tools (if you are using one and can share or demonstrate a little, please consider doing so)
    • Use cases now and in the future (by industry or job role). What workers will be using AI tools now and in the near future?  What changes and how?
    • What does ChatGPT say about its role in training?
    • Opportunities and caveats
    • What more would you like to explore as a chapter?
    • Resources (come with your favorites to share)
