    About the Speaker

    Dr. Jim Hill is the Founder and CEO of Organizational Performance Systems, a provider of web-based applications for organizational and community betterment. Prior to founding OPS, Jim was a career officer in the United States Marine Corps and an executive with Sun Microsystems. He is also a past president of the International Society for Performance Improvement.
