Self-As-Instrument Series:
Self-as-instrument is the recognition that a consultant’s presence affects their client. Low CQ (cultural quotient) can negatively affect client engagements.
ISPI SoCal’s DEI Book Club is the latest addition to our Self-As-Instrument Series. This program joins our other cohort-based learning programs, including Diversity Chats, a multi-week deep dive into a single dimension of diversity (race, lgbt+, disability, etc.). These programs are affinity-group learning (e.g., Organization Development, Lawyers, Diversity & Inclusion Consultants).
This program is designed for those working in Diversity & Inclusion, Organization Development, and executive-level Human Resources.
