Extending Value by Enabling a Workforce to Think Deeply: A Dialogue with Rob Foshay

Rob Foshay

As the 4th Industrial Revolution unfolds, procedural tasks are subject to automation, making it essential for employees to know how to think more deeply, to solve problems at the root level, and even participate in innovation. Organizations must focus on developing these higher value skills to thrive but are often unprepared to do so. In this conversation, we will explore how L&D / performance professionals can:

  • Play a role in helping the workforce achieve this transformation
  • Become a driver for strategic innovation rather than maintaining the status quo by influencing leadership
  • Incorporate a deeper way of thinking into the culture

Join us for an engaging dialogue with Rob Foshay, who has been thinking deeply about this subject!  Bring your questions and ideas!
