About the Speaker

Max H. Cropper, CEO, Five Star Performance Solutions, an award-winning instructional design consultant, has studied, researched, implemented, and taught M. David Merrill’s First Principles of Instruction and other best-practice instructional design, evaluation, and performance improvement strategies for more than 40 years. He has Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Instructional Technology.  Max recently spoke at the ISPI International conference.
