Join Jen Todd, MSOD for a Q&A discussion about ISPI SoCal’s newest offering: Seeing White based on the Peabody-nominated Seeing White podcast by the Center for Documentary Studies (CDS) at Duke University.

In this 16-week  Diversity & Inclusion offering, you will have the opportunity to hone your self-as-instrument using an audio documentary and quarterly Diversity Chats with professional Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practitioners. 

Take-aways:

  • Gain a systems-thinking understanding of race.
  • Understand what ‘race is a social construct' means.
  • Sharpen self-as-instrument principles.
  • Practice racial dialogic methodologies. 

This program is offered on Thursday afternoons 1-2:30 PM EST (10 AM PST) March 25th- September 30th.

About the Facilitator:

Jen Todd, MSOD is a self-as-instrument coach, consultant, and the CEO of Breakthrough Partners Inc. Her Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) work centers on dialogic work with schools and with C-suite executives. Among her specialties are teaching metropolitan systems to engage interracial families and the modern family unit in culturally competent ways.
